TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 113 0F 2019 By ( I) Rita Joseph Gona and (2) John Tues Gona, both of P.O. Box 80266-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deeased's sister and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dora Betha Umanzi, who died at Mariakani Hospital in Kenya, on 25th January, 2019. CAUSE NO. 409 OF 2019 By Brijesh Kantilal Hirji Pattni, the deceased's executor, for a petition for the sealing of a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Kantilal Hirji Virji Pattni, who died at University College Hospital, Camden, on 6th September, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
