E2 OF 2024 By (1) Mariam Chebet Abdulahi, (2) Yusuf Musa, (3) Abdul Qadir Abdulaziz and (4) Abdul Karim Kipngeno, all of P.O. Box 1307, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rehema Tapuseroy Bargilai, who died at Kericho Township, on 3rd December, 1989. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By (1) Khadija Abdalla Salim, (2) Muhidin Abubakar and (3) Bilal Abubakar, all of P.O. Box 98983, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kiptoo Cheruiyot, who died at Kapsoit, on 5th January, 2007.
