TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E683 OF 2024 By Benter Akoth Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 167, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milka Achieng Okoth, who died at Kotieno Rachuonyo North, on 24th December, 2021. CAUSE NO. E687 OF 2024 By Benta Awiti Olocho, of P.O. Box 25, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ongojo alias Joseph Ongojo Adunga, who died at Kajiei Sub-location, on 31st December, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
