E228 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Odhiambo Kainga and (2) James Heinrich Omondi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Claudio Nyadiel Owiny, who died at Uyawi, Bondo, on 28th March, 1992. CAUSE NO. E229 OF 2023 By (1) Samson Omondi Angira and (2) Florence Aoko Ochola, the deceased’s grandson and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gedion Awuor Angira, who died at Migwena, Bondo, on 18th August, 1994.
