TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E147 OF 2024 By Jason Gakula, of P.O. Box 240–60202, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’ son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel M’Njurai M’Mui, who died at Kianjai, on 1st March, 2011. CAUSE NO. E165 OF 2024 By Joseph Muthamia Mitu, of P.O. Box 1132–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’ son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa M’Itimitu Rimungi alias Musa Miti Mitu Rimungi, who died at Meru General Hospital in Kenya, on 25th April, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
