E29 OF 2024 By (1) Zephania Ireri Njeru and (2) Flora Mbura Njeru, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephantus Njeru Ireri alias Kangung’u Gichoni, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 8th September, 2014. CAUSE NO. E240 OF 2024 By (1) Susan Kaura Mwarania and (2) Duncan Ngurungu Nthiga, both of P.O. Box 73, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nthiga Gicheche alias Nthiga Gichege (minor), who died at St. Mulumba Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd October, 2008. CAUSE NO. E253 OF 2024 By Nellias Tirisa Njagi, of P.O. Box 22, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Njagi Ngare alias Alexander Njagi Ngare, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 26th February, 2007. CAUSE NO. E255 OF 2024 By (1) Grace Njuthe Mbora and (2) Gabriel Bernard Gathu, both of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbora Mavuruki, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 14th May, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
