TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2024 By (1) Hannah Mumbi Mbogo and (2) John Nganga Mbogo, both of P.O. Box 475–20303, Ol Kalou in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbogo Ng’ang’a alias Mbogo Nganga, who died at Muindi Sub-location, on 19th March, 2023. CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2024 By (1) Robart Kiiru Ikunia, (2) Joseph Kamau Ikunia and (3) Joseph Ndugu Sironka, all of P.O. Box 1, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ikunia Kinyanjui Chorore, who died at Miharati Sub-location, on 12th September, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
