TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E43 OF 2024 By David Dova Ndagha, c/o P.O. Box 38–80305, Mwatate in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wisdom Tito Toto Mwailogho, who died at Wusi Sub-location, on 10th November, 1996. CAUSE NO E47 OF 2024 By Prestone Mwalugha Mdindi, of P.O. Box 1088, Wundanyi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilstone Mdondi Mwawuganga alias Wilstone Mdindi Mwagunganga, who died at Luton Hospita, on 20th December, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
