TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By Peter Morara Abuga, of P.O. Box 1–40211, Kenyenya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Onyimbo alias Chuma Onyimbo, who died at Magena Sub-location, on 5th April, 1998. CAUSE NO. 109 OF 2022 By Elmelda Nyanchama Oyunge, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Griberito Oyunge alias Oyunge Griberito, who died on 15th October, 1973. CAUSE NO. 38 OF 2024 By (1) Nyabuto Otete and (2) David Ogega Ayusa, both of P.O. Box 261–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kerama Mogoi, who died at Boochi, on 16th July, 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
