E75 OF 2024 By (1) Cleophas Wanjala Nabende and (2) Edward Simiyu Mukhwana, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheth Nabende, who died at Kibingei Sub-location, on 16th June, 1980. CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2024 By Joseph Wamalwa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Wasike Makokha, who died at Namakhele, on 8th August, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
