TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2024 By Moses Mulongo Wataka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yaola Nasila, who died on 19th March, 1969. CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2024 By Getrude Shakilo Wanyonyi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Wanyonyi Solomon, who died at Matulo Sub-location, on 11th August, 2018. CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2024 By Eliza Nekesa Wawire, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kwoba Wambani, who died at Matulo Sub-location, on 2nd January, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
