TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 451 OF 2023 By Rufeti Mwange Chanzu, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosiannah Gwahala Mwaange alias Rosiana Mwange, who died at Vokoli Sub-location, on 1st April, 2018. CAUSE NO. E255 OF 2024 By Robbinson Magomere Akeni, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aken Anyamba Oyengo alias Anyamba Makomere alias Makomere Anyamba, who died at Ebusundi, on 19th June, 2002. CAUSE NO. E296 OF 2024 By Amos Osunga Amere, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marisia Kitwa alias Marisia Kutwa, who died at Mwitako Sub-location, on 6th July, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
