TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2024 By (1) Janet Mwikali Mutua and (2) Benson Mbithi Mutua Kimbo, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mutua Nzaku, who died at Salama, on 9th November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2024 By Magdalena Mwende Kisko, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Ngei Muumbi, who died at Manyatta, on 20th August, 2024. CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2024 By Rose Mbula Jonah, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonah Mutinda Nzuve, who died at Kinyambu, on 12th February, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
