E133 OF 2024 By Bahati Azizi Salim, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mashauri Asumani Ndurya, who died on 17th July, 2001. CAUSE NO. E182 OF 2024 By Kahonzi Kitsao Lugwe, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitsao Lugwe Mwanzije alias Kitsao Lumbwe Mwanzije, who died on 14th May, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
