TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2024 By Abel Segera Ngwono, of P.O. Box 61, Gesusu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Nyakoboke Ngwono alias Nyakoboke Ngw’ono, who died at Getembe Hospital in Kenya, on 19th January, 1996. CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2024 By Charles Mosoti Mbaka, of P.O. Box 786–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barnabas Mbaka alias Mbaka Mosoti, who died at District Hospital Keroka in Kenya, on 5th November, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
