TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2024 By Viola Jepkosgei Kanda, of P.O. Box 390–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Jerotich Chesang, who died at District Hospital, Baringo in Kenya, on 13th March, 2006. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2024 By (1) James Kiprugut and (2) David Kiprugut, both of P.O. Box 902, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cherugut Yator, who died at Changach Barak, on 5th June, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
