TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E2 OF 2024 By Okoth Jeremiah Otieno, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cyprose Anyango Ajwoga, who died at Central Kanyamkago Location, on 28th December, 2022. CAUSE NO. E394 OF 2024 By (1) Margaret Adhiambo Ochanda and (2) Sila Morume Bodogo, both of P.O. Box 155–40400, Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s sister- in-law and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stansilus Ochola Agwaro alias Ochola Ogwaro alias Ochola Agwaro, who died on 30th May, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
