TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E243 OF 2024 By Suliman Njuguna Kuria, of P.O. Box 3–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Terry Maina Kuria alias David Terry Maina, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 12th November, 2013. CAUSE NO. E251 OF 2024 By Gloria Mukami Nyaga, of P.O. Box 3–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Jeremiah Nyaga alias Wilson J. Nyaga, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 10th August, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
