E131 OF 2024 By (1) Catherine Nyambura Mwangi and (2) Jeremiah Karuma Mburu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mburu Karuma, who died at St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 15th June, 2024. CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Mwihaki Githiori and (2) Julie Anne Wanjiru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Waweru Githiori, who died at Kiboko Estate, on 19th January, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
