TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 34 OF 2024 By (1) Lilian Mwihaki Gathiaka and (2) Kevin Njenga Kariuki, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Kariuki Njenga, who died on 30th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E313 OF 2024 By Racheal Njeri Ndungu, of P.O. Box 51–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungu Ruhunga Kuniara, who died on 16th March, 2024. CAUSE NO. E315 OF 2024 By Samuel Nganga Kariuki, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Flaciah Wairimu Mbugua, who died on 1st May, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
