TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E548 OF 2024 By Misheck Kairuthi Njogu, of P.O. Box 481–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliezer Njogu Njuguna, who died at Menengai Sub-location, on 25th June, 2024. CAUSE NO. E570 OF 2024 By John Kingori Muya, of P.O. Box 17977, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muya Gatuna, who died at Kampi ya Moto, on 19th July, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
