Box 1434–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Nyambega Adee alias Nyambega Ade, who died on 26th October, 1983. CAUSE NO. E256 OF 2024 By Alfred Odundo Omolo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Omolo Okoth alias Okoth Omolo, who died at Kadero Sub-location, on 6th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E276 OF 2024 By Susan Akinyi Owino, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Odera Omolo alias Inda Omolo, who died at Nightingale Hospital in Kenya, on 5th September, 2019. CAUSE NO. E314 OF 2024 By Sophia Akinyi Ochieng, of P.O. Box 1371, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s administratrix, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Ochieng Nyabende, who died at Bloom Surgical Centre, Kisumu, on 16th May, 2024.
