TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 254 OF 2024 By James Okumu Otiende, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aim Otiende alias Auma Otiende, who died on 15th August, 1988. CAUSE NO. E298 OF 2024 By Isabella Adera Okaka, of P.O. Box 17–40100, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pitalis Okaka Otieno, who died at Kisumu, on 6th October, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
