TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E290 OF 2024 By Victor Otieno Omogo, of P.O. Box 120–40611, Nyilima in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Owiti Omogo alias Maurice Awiti Omogo, who died at Nyalenda “B”, on 14th July, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
