TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2024 By (1) Saumu Kuvuna Chula and (2) Fatuma Umazi Lwambi, both of P.O. Box 122–80114, Mazeras in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kurwa Katembe Loka, who died at Gandani, on 7th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E141 OF 2024 By Richard Ngala Kinga, of P.O. Box 41646–80100, Mombsasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinga Dadu Kazungu, who died at Pwani Medical Centre, on 31st January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
