Box 59, Mogogosiek in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoske arap Koech, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 5th June, 1981. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2024 By Paul Kipyegon Kirui, of P.O. Box 75, Mogogosiek in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepchilat arap Korgoren, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 17th December, 2013. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2024 By (1) Rose Chelangat Tonui and (2) Charles Kibii Langat, both of P.O. Box 503, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkemoi arap Tonui, who died at Kipsonoi, on 27th January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
