TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2024 By Hanifmohamed Haiderali Visram Walli Charania, of P.O. Box 80866–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of last will to the estate of Haiderali Visram Walli, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 9th November, 2024 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
