TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E348 OF 2023 By Gurdeep Kaur Panesar, of P.O Box 29023–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, through Messrs. Enock Otieno & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Parminder Singh Panesar, late of Nairobi, who died at South C. on 2nd March, 2022. CAUSE NO. E766 OF 2023 By (1) Peter Nyaata Osindi, (2) Franklin Nyandoro Nyaata and (3) Fane Bosibori Nyaata, all of P.O. Box 21158–00505, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, son and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. Archer & Wilcock, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Kemunto Osindi, late of Nairobi, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
