NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 76, in Volume B-13, Folio 2384/21622, File No. 1637, by our client, Elizabeth Wangui Kinuthia (guardian) on behalf of Mary Wakonyo Wangui (minor), of P.O. Box 87824–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Wakonyo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Wakonyo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Wakonyo Wangui for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address her by her assumed name, Mary Wakonyo Wangui only.
