NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 28th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1556, in Volume D1, Folio 285/1839, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Charity Wanjiru Muraya, of P.O. Box 78741–00507, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Charity Wanjiru Muraya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Charity Wanjiru Muraya, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Charity Wanjiru Muraya, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Charity Wanjiru Muraya only.
