NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 24th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 274, in Volume B13, Folio 2380/21585, File No. 1637, by our client, Shahinabanu Mohamed Hussein Haji, formerly known as Shahinabanu Ikbal Omar Hussein, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Shahinabanu Ikbal Omar Hussein, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shahinabanu Mohamed Hussein Haji, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Shahinabanu Mohamed Hussein Haji only.
