NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 4th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 528, in Volume D1, Folio 302/2000, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, James Ndungu Kung’u, formerly known as James Ndungu Wangari, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name James Ndungu Wangari, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name James Ndungu Kung’u, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name James Ndungu Kung’u only.
