Box 38078–00623, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Kenna Mureithi (minor), formerly known as Kena Mureithi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Kena Mureithi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kenna Mureithi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Kenna Mureithi only.
