NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 9th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 514, in Volume D1, Folio 310/2071, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Muaricio Ochieng’ Ochieng’, formerly known as Maurine Akinyi Ochieng’, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Maurine Akinyi Ochieng’, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Muaricio Ochieng’ Ochieng’, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Muaricio Ochieng’ Ochieng’ only.
