NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 6th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 37, in Volume B-13, Folio 2382/21604, File No. 1637, by our client, Swabrina Wahu Karim, of P.O. Box 99088–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Isabel Sabrina Wahu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Isabel Sabrina Wahu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Swabrina Wahu Karim, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Swabrina Wahu Karim only.
