NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 7th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 38, in Volume B-13, Folio 2382/21605, File No. 1637, by our client, John Kangeta Ndirangu, of P.O. Box 2408–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as John Isaac Kangeta, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name John Isaac Kangeta, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name John Kangeta Ndirangu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name John Kangeta Ndirangu only.
