NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 5th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 507, in Volume D1, Folio 433/4360, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Christine Muhati Masinde, of P.O. Box 12444–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Maureen Christine Nasimiyu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Maureen Christine Nasimiyu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Christine Muhati Masinde, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Christine Muhati Masinde only.
