NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 981, in Volume DI, Folio 275/1736, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Agnes Kosgei Chelagat, of P.O. Box 20– 40301, Kendu Bay in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Agnes Jelagat, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Agnes Jelagat and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Agnes Kosgei Chelagat for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address her by her assumed name, Agnes Kosgei Chelagat only.
