NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 12th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 341, in Volume D1, Folio 290/5001, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Hasan Mohamed Mala, of P.O. Box 40923–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Hassan Bishar Abdi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Hassan Bishar Abdi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hasan Mohamed Mala, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Hasan Mohamed Mala only.
