NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to AEA Limited and/or My Credit Limited to take delivery of motor vehicle registration No. KCT 525C, Toyota Hilux, Double Cab Pickup from Meneka Autoworks Limited formerly know as Mineka Autoworks Limited based in Mombasa, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all storage charges together THE KENYA GAZETTE 22nd November, 2024 with other costs including the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the same shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against accrued charges/costs and the balance if any, shall remain at the owners credit but should there be a shortfall the owners shall be liable thereof Dated 13th November, 2024 ANTHONY M.
