THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Githugu Matuta Githugu (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.215 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kirinyaga County, known as Mwea/Tebere/B/340, and whereas the Court at Embu in Succession Cause No. E431 of 2023, has issued grant and confirmation letters to John Kibicho Karuga (ID/1404427), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of said administration letters John Kibicho Karuga (ID/1404427), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Githugu Matuta Githugu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
