REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gaoyu International Company Limited, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Portion No. 641, Mambrui, situate in the district of Kilifi, and whereas the Deputy Registrar in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Malindii in Succession Cause No. E57 of 2024, has issued a decree of specific performance for the transfer of the property in favour of Omar Ngonyo Mbauru, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new land title deed in the name of Omar Ngonyo Mbauru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gaoyu International Company Limited, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
