THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Mwangi Mwago, of P.O. Box 65047, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.09 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 136/9496, situate in the county of Nairobi, and whereas the Environmental and Land Court at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. E297 of 2021, has decreed that the registration of Joseph Mwangi Mwago as the owner over the said property be cancelled and the same be registered in the name of Stanley Kariuki Wainaina, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the decree, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Mwangi Mwago, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect and subsequently register the property in the name of Stanley Kariuki Wainaina.
