REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Benard Odhiambo Achungo, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Ugenya, registered under title No. Uholo/Tingare/1229, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstructed a new land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
