REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Curiale Dario Antonio, of P.O. Box 92251–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 259/IV/MN, containing 0.4080 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 44140, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register issued thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided that no objection has been received within that period.
