REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Erastus Karinga Gachoya and (2) Joseph Wanjohi Warui, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.1080 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, known as Nairobi/Block 126/155, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost and/or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
