WHEREAS Curiale Dario Antonio, of P.O. Box 92251–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 0.4080 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 259/IV/MN, situate in the North of Mombasa Municipality of Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 44140, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said the certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
