REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kienyere Farmers Company, of P.O. Box 501, Njoro in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 59.43 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 8517/4, Kwale, situate in South of Mombasa Municipality in Kwale District, registered as C.R. 15320, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
