PURSUANT to the establishment of the EPA Council in the Economic Partnership Agreement between Kenya, a Member of the East African Community, on the one part, and the European Union, on the other part; it is notified for the general information of the public that five appointed members of the EPA Council representing Kenya shall be the following: EPA Council Salim Mvurya – Cabinet Secretary Investment, Trade and Industry – Co- Chairperson, Members: Musalia Mudavadi (Dr.) – Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, John Mbadi – Cabinet Secretary, The National Treasury and Economic Planning, Andrew Mwihia Karanja (Dr.) – Cabinet Secretary, Agriculture and Livestock Development, Aden Duale – Cabinet Secretary, Environment, Climate Change and Forestry.
