IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (2) (a) of the Political Parties Act, 2011, the Registrar of Political Parties gives notice that the following political party has applied for provisional registration under section 6 of the Act: Name Party Colours Party Symbol Slogan Founder Members Economic Liberation Alliance Party (ELAP) Green, Blue and Red Chair in party colors with the word ELAP at the bottom A real solution for change John Odongo Ogada Hassan Mohamed Kula Elizabeth Nthikwa Makau Margaret Wanjiru Mukundi Erick Ogaro Machwara Clinton Kungu Odhiambo Any person with written submissions concerning the registration of the above political party shall within seven (7) days from the date of this publication deposit them with the Registrar of Political Parties.
